The London UK R&B singer, returns with her latest offering ‘Close’. In the lead up to her new EP due for release in April 2021. ‘Close’ a classic, smooth R&B track that sees Kara having a moment of reflection upon a relationship, the single will be accompanied with a visualiser. Kara has had a great year so far despite the pandemic Kara has performed for the iconic WIRELESS festival at Alexandra Palace, released a her single ‘Young Heart’ featuring US multiplatinum record selling artist Russ, which went on to be her biggest performing track to date! Young heart has accumulated +5million streams across all platforms and was on BBC Radio 1Xtra B-List playlist for 5 weeks running, through this release she saw her fan base grow by a massive +40k (150k in total). 2020 has seen Kara receive 2 x nominations at the Urban Music Awards and winning Best Female Artist against the likes of Mabel and Dua Lipa, along with being included in Complex Ones to Watch of 2020. This follows her 2nd EP release late 2019 which saw her on the 1Xtra A-list for 5 weeks, complete a sold out debut UK and European headline tour and headline the Pussy Parlure stage at Glastonbury. 2021 has so much more in store for Kara as she will be releasing her most establishing project yet!
