The couple initially performed the song on the CBS broadcast ""Garth & Trisha Live"" show in April 2020. They performed it again on the ""Garth & Trisha"" CBS Holiday special in Dec 2020. The cover is the first track being released for an upcoming deluxe package from Yearwood. Brooks is one of the world's best-selling music artists, having sold 170M+ records worldwide, and he is the best-selling solo albums artist in the US with 156M+ domestic units sold, ahead of Elvis Presley and second only to The Beatles in total album sales overall. In March 2020 he became the youngest ever recipient of the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song. Yearwood has topped the country charts with nine singles and sold 15M+ albums worldwide.
