The song, which decries gender-based violence, also features General Ling. Masia One has collaborated with John Frusciante of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Moka Only, Vybz Machine, Zaki Ibraham, many others. In 2003, she became the first female rapper to be nominated for “Best Rap Video” at the MuchMusic Video Awards.
