Moon Baby' is the first single off of Sydney-based rising singer/songwriter Liyah Knight's upcoming EP Traveller's Guide. Liyah wrote ‘Moon Baby’ with Australian singer-songwriter Diesel, an American-born, Australian singer/songwriter most commonly known as the lead singer of the band Johnny Diesel and the Injectors and father of THE BLOSSOM, who also co-produced with IAMMXO [aka MoMO from Australian hop-hop outfit Diafix]. Her debut EP 'Nesting' (2020) was supported by triple j ["learn the name Liyah Knight before the rest of the world does"], Acclaim ["Knight represent the psyche of a lot of kids in their 20’s, but she also cavorts around the idea of the popularized ‘genreless artist’, dipping not only into R&B but also pop and folk"], Purple Sneakers ["Liyah‘s vocals are superb, showing range and emotional vulnerability"], with extensive local community radio support and a cumulative 1M+ streams to date. This year Liyah has been nominated for the AIR awards for 'Best Independent Soul / R&B Album or EP'. Liyah was also named one of '2021 Artists to Watch' by triple j Unearthed and Coup De Main.
