Second single off In the Halflight [out 7/16], a collaborative four-song EP from the Belfast singer-songwriter Joshua Burnside and Dublin singer-songwriter Laura Quirke, who is one half of Lemoncello. This is the first original music from Burnside since his album Into The Depths of Hell [2020], which was named one of the best albums of the year by Hot Press and earned additional praise from The Line Of Best Fit, Clash, Irish Times, EARMILK, Folk Radio UK. Burnside's music has received 30M+ streams. He's also received praise from The Guardian, NPR, Evening Standard, and airplay from BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music. His debut Ephrata [2017] won the Northern Ireland Music Prize. He was a nominee for the 2020 Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition. Lemoncello were nominated for "Best Emerging Folk Act" in the 2019 RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards. The pair are booked for UK tour dates in November 2021.
