terminal (acoustic version) is a follow-up single in response to the celebrated reception to lewloh’s sophomore album michigan/missinghim that was released in August 2021. The song expresses the struggles of a long distance relationship and knowing from the start that there was always an expiration date. Released earlier as the focus track of the album, this special acoustic arrangement of terminal features a duet between lewloh and Indonesian Actress-Musician Sheila Dara Aisha. As the two lovelorn singers croon, the original melody is supported by a live-recorded cello arrangement performed by Aaron Sinclair, and produced by Joshua Evan Lee.
