클래식을 바탕으로 다양한 활동을 보여주고 있는
피아니스트 박세환이 2013년부터 최근까지 발매한
다섯장의 정규앨범에 수록된 클래식 곡들만을 추려,
"The Classic Side of Sehwan PARK" 이라는 타이틀로
새로이 앨범을 발매 하였다.
어린시절부터 클래식만을 고집해 오던 그는
한때 재즈와 헤비메탈 밴드활동을 거치면서
클래식 음악은 물론, 대중음악에도 큰 관심을 가져오던 터라
그의 연주에는 여러가지 다양한 색깔이 느껴진다.
또한 본 앨범의 특징은 한국과 미국의 스튜디오에서 작업을 하여
곡 마다 각각 다른 음색과 엔지니어링으로
스튜디오의 풍경들을 그의 연주를 통해 간접적으로나마 느낄 수가 있다.
솔로, 실내악 뿐 아니라 오페라 지휘자로서도 활동을 키워 나가는
그의 앞으로의 작품활동에 큰 기대를 걸어본다.
Pianist Sehwan Park who shows various activities based on classical music,
released a new album under the title "The Classic Side of Sehwan PARK"
by selecting only classical music from his five albums which released
from 2013 to the latest. Having insisted only on classical music
since when he was young, he has been great interest in not only classical music
but also popular music through jazz and heavy metal band activities,
so his playing has a variety of colors. In addition, the characteristic of this album is that
since it worked in studios in Korea and the United States,
by different engineering and so you can feel different tones
and studios' atmospheres indirectly through his playing.
We look forward to his future work activities as an opera conductor
as well as solo and collaborative pianist.
