Single from the Knoxville, TN country-pop singer-songwriter. “Heartfirst” written by Kelsea Ballerini alongside Alysa Vanderheym [Lady A, Florida Georgia Line] and Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town, and produced by Julian Bunetta [One Direction, Amber Mark, Thomas Rhett] and Shane McAnally [Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert, Kelly Clarkson]. Follows third and fourth albums Kelsea [2020, #2, Billboard “US Country, gold certification] and Ballerini [2020, #9, Billboard “US Country”]. “Half of My Hometown,” her 2021 collaboration with Kenny Chesney, topped “US Country Airplay.” She’s recorded with Halsey, The Chainsmokers, Thomas Rhett, John K, and she’s written for Walker Hayes, Carly Pearce, Michael Ray. She’ll host the 2022 CMT Awards in April. A fifth Kelsea Ballerini album is expected in August.
