Finally leaving his bedroom after two years stuck in isolation to write his biggest project to date : Home of Sanity, and because of the covid epidemic, it’s in early 2022 that Oscar starts his new ‘’postcards’’ challenge. The postcards are double singles released every first friday of every month and recorded in a new country/city each time with a new local artist.
After crossing the Atlantic to meet Garrett Nash in L.A. with whom Oscar wrote the track “blueberry stains”, Oscar traveled to the East Coast and met the great writer Djeason (co-wrote most of Benee’s songs including “Glitter”). Together, they co-wrote the track lighthouse in New York, a track that Oscar produced on his own.
Filled with hope, this song takes us to the starting point of a love at first sight romance; when you’re so confident that you blindly follow your other half steps without minding the risks and consequences.
