비옹 티상이 지휘자 스콧 유, 로열 스코티시 내셔널 오케스트라와 낭만주의 시대 마스터피스의 녹음을 위해 재회했다. 차이콥스키의 기교적이며 음악적인 ‘로코코 주제에 의한 변주곡’과 마음을 울리는 슈만의 ‘첼로 협주곡’ 그리고 두 가지 버전의 ‘El cant dels ocells’를 이 서정적인 앨범, [Cantabile]를 통해 만나볼 수 있다.
Bion Tsang reunites with Scott Yoo and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra in a recording of romantic masterpieces for cello and orchestra. Tchaikovsky’s tuneful and virtuosic Variations on a Rococo Theme and the heart wrenching Schumann Cello Concerto are bookended by two renditions of Pablo Casals’ “Song of the Birds” in this lyrical album entitled, Cantabile.
