Second single from the upcoming seventh album [out Oct. 27] by San Jose, CA hip-hop and electronic deejay and producer Josh Davis, who records as DJ Shadow. Lead single “Ozone Scraper” was co-composed by DJ Shadow and Finnish hard rock guitarist Jimi Sumén. Sixth DJ Shadow album Our Pathetic Age [2019] included collaborations with Nas, Ghostface Kilah, Raekwon, De La Soul, and Run the Jewels. Endtroducing… [1996], the debut DJ Shadow set, has been listed among the greatest albums of the 1990s by Pitchfork, Q, Rolling Stone, Slant, Spin. NPR called it one of the most important albums of the 20th century. It’s included in “1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.”
